Before I start any design or receive any compensation, we will work together to establish exactly what you’re purchasing. I can help you decide what digital files you need and what file types would be the most useful for you. How we virtually communicate and collaborate is based on your schedule. Once I completely understand your needs and you’ve made a few decisions, we will both sign a graphic design contract. Then, the collaborating truly begins!

As your contracted graphic designer, we will use a simple platform called Basecamp to share files and the method you chose to communicate virtually. We will move through the project efficiently, sending updates at any time of day or night that is convenient.
At the beginning, I will send multiple drafts at a time to help narrow down your options. You will have the final say in all colors, fonts, images and copy used in the design. The project isn’t complete and the contract doesn’t end until you are satisfied.
Contractual Security
Brianna Jean Design’s contract includes items to keep you and your company secure.
Limited Reproduction Rights
Under the ‘Reproduction of Product’ clause in the contract, you are granted full and unlimited reproduction rights upon completion of all compensation terms. I retain the right to reproduce the project for promotional use only, no for-profit use is allowed.
Service Guarantee
The contract states that I will provide services and meet obligations in a timely and workmanlike manner. Included in the ‘Warranty’ clause, I am required to provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by similar graphic designers.
Continuous Confidentiality
Even after the termination of the contract, I will not use for personal benefit, divulge, disclose, or communicate any information that is proprietary to you. As stated in the ‘Confidentiality’ clause, I will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.
